Finalist – EIT Health InnoStars Awards 2025

INFANTSIM was chosen as a finalist in the EIT Health InnoStars Awards 2025, recognizing the project as a high-potential deep-tech healthcare innovation from Central Europe with strong potential to improve training in neonatal minimally invasive surgery.

Public Choice Award – Startup Awards Slovakia 2025

InfantSim received the Public Choice Award at the Startup Awards Slovakia 2025, earning the highest number of votes from the audience among the finalists. The award reflects strong public recognition of InfantSim’s mission to improve the safety of neonatal surgery through a realistic 3D-printed simulator designed for training pediatric surgeons in minimally invasive procedures.

Challenger Science Award

Winners of the Challenger Science Audience Award, Petra Zahradníková and Zdeno Špitalský are launching InfantSim – a start-up bringing the first 3D-printed simulator for training minimally invasive neonatal surgery.
